# CEQT en CEQE hebben een actuele wettelijke basis, maar de volledige post-2024 uitvoeringsregeling is nog niet aangetoond

> Loi n°2024/008 maakt registratie als transformateur en exporteur bindend. Actuele MINFOF-controle- en empotageprocedures gebruiken CEQT/CEQTB en CEQE/CEQEBT nog operationeel. De KG behandelt oudere procedures echter niet automatisch als de actuele uitvoeringsregeling voor artikel 101 en 105 zolang geen post-2024 regeling is gevonden die aanvraag, geldigheid, verlenging, schorsing en intrekking volledig vastlegt.
