# FSC-POL-01-004 V3-0 — Policy for Association

> FSC-beleid dat zes onaanvaardbare activiteiten definieert waarmee geassocieerde personen, organisaties en hun corporate groups zich niet mogen inlaten: illegale kap of handel, schending van traditionele of mensenrechten, schending van fundamentele arbeidsrechten, vernietiging van High Conservation Values, omzetting van natuurlijk bos en gebruik van genetisch gemodificeerde organismen in bosbouw buiten onderzoek. V3-0 verbreedt de toepassing naar corporate groups en verlangt passende due diligence en disclosure.

> FSC policy defining six unacceptable activities that associated persons, organizations and their corporate groups must avoid: illegal harvesting or trade, violations of traditional or human rights, violations of fundamental labour rights, destruction of High Conservation Values, conversion of natural forest and use of genetically modified organisms in forestry outside research. V3-0 extends application to corporate groups and requires appropriate due diligence and disclosure.
