a) Verify selected Logging Tickets by examining all required fields, including forest user details; harvesting area specifications (forest name, compartment, sub-compartment, plot); harvesting and transportation periods; type of felling; and forest category designation.

b) Verify that geographical coordinates of logging sites are indicated in the Logging Ticket or supporting documents (centroid for areas ≤4 ha; perimeter coordinates or polygon for areas >4 ha).

c) Review the Forest Management Plan to confirm that the harvesting site is included in the approved Final Felling Fund or relevant planning documentation.

d) For clear-cutting operations exceeding 1 ha, verify the presence of a valid positive Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) conclusion, where legally required.

e) For sanitary fellings, verify that primary documentation justifying the sanitary felling (e.g., Act of Forest Pathological Examination, List of Measures to Improve the Sanitary Condition of Forests) is available and consistent with the Logging Ticket.

NOTE: List of measures to improve the sanitary condition of forests (in the Act of Forest Pathological Examination) is available at the official website of the State Forest Resources Agency of Ukraine. Cross-check the information in these documents with the logging ticket (s). In addition, applying the FSC Ukraine Risk-based Audit Guide recommendations is useful. — [bron](<https://open.fsc.org/entities/publication/a533341e-02c5-41b6-81d0-620e826310e6>)
