Verify that supplier(s) comply with legal requirements related to the recruitment and employment of employees by private contractors engaged in logging and primary wood processing: a) Verify the existence of logging contractor Employment Contracts, Hiring Order, to confirm the employment. b) Where applicable, review statistical labour reports (Form 1-PV) (if applicable) to confirm the number of employees. NOTE: Statistical Labour Report (Form 1-PV) is not applicable to all enterprises (micro and most small businesses are excluded).
