c) Where relevant cases are identified, require the supplier to provide documented information on the status of the case and any corrective measures taken.

d) Verify that inspection records and court decisions do not indicate systematic or unresolved violations related to labour rights.

e) If inspection revealed violations, require the supplier to submit written report with description of corrective actions taken and supportive evidence.
