Artikel 243 regelt de jaarlijkse bosheffing op basis van de oppervlakte van exploitatietitels. De minimumbedragen zijn 2.500 CFAF/ha voor ventes de coupe en 1.000 CFAF/ha voor concessies. Betaling geschiedt in drie gelijke termijnen uiterlijk 15 maart, 15 juni en 15 september, of maandelijks uiterlijk de 15e; voor bepaalde nieuwe titels geldt pro-rataheffing.

Section 243 governs the annual forestry royalty based on the area of logging titles. Minimum amounts are CFAF 2,500/ha for sales of standing volume and CFAF 1,000/ha for concessions. Payment is in three equal instalments by 15 March, 15 June and 15 September, or monthly by the 15th; certain newly allocated titles are assessed pro rata.
