# Kameroen — CGI 2026, artikel 247a — fiscale voorwaarde voor houtuitvoer

> Artikel 247a verbiedt uitvoer van verwerkt hout, rondhout en bepaalde overige bosproducten zonder voorafgaand bewijs van betaling van verschuldigde belastingen en heffingen. Uitvoer vereist een fiscale complianceverklaring van de belastingadministratie; exporteurs zijn bovendien hoofdelijk aansprakelijk voor verschuldigde belastingen van de houder van de exploitatietitel waarvan het hout afkomstig is.

> Section 247a prohibits export of processed timber, logs and certain other forest products without prior evidence of payment of applicable taxes and duties. Export requires a tax compliance certificate from the tax authority; exporters are also jointly and severally liable for taxes owed by the holder of the forestry title from which the products originate.
