> Artikel 80 stelt voor niet-agrarische publieke en private inrichtingen in beginsel een maximum van veertig arbeidsuren per week; voor agrarische of daarmee gelijkgestelde ondernemingen geldt een jaarbasis van 2.400 uur met maximaal achtenveertig uur per week, behoudens gereglementeerde afwijkingen.
