# Artikel 15 EUDR — technische bijstand, advies en informatie-uitwisseling

> Dit artikel regelt technische bijstand, advies en informatie-uitwisseling ter ondersteuning van de uitvoering van de EUDR. Daarbij moet rekening worden gehouden met de positie van kmo's en kunnen lidstaten en Commissie informatie en goede praktijken delen zonder de eigen verantwoordelijkheid van marktdeelnemers weg te nemen.
