# Artikel 17 EUDR — relevante producten waarvoor onmiddellijke actie is vereist

> Dit artikel regelt situaties waarin relevante producten een zodanig hoog risico op non-conformiteit hebben dat vóór marktintroductie, aanbieding of uitvoer onmiddellijke actie nodig is. Zulke situaties worden in het informatiesysteem geregistreerd en kunnen tot snelle maatregelen door bevoegde autoriteiten leiden.
