# Artikel 7 EUDR — het in de handel brengen door in derde landen gevestigde marktdeelnemers

> Dit artikel bepaalt wie als marktdeelnemer geldt wanneer een buiten de EU gevestigde persoon een relevant product in de handel brengt. De eerste in de Unie gevestigde persoon die dat product op de markt aanbiedt, wordt dan voor de EUDR als marktdeelnemer beschouwd.
