# Artikel 10 EUTR — controle van marktdeelnemers

> Dit artikel verplicht bevoegde autoriteiten risicogestuurde controles op marktdeelnemers uit te voeren. Zij kunnen zorgvuldigheidsstelsels, documenten en gegevens onderzoeken en controles ter plaatse uitvoeren; bij tekortkomingen kunnen corrigerende maatregelen, inbeslagname of een handelsverbod volgen.
