# Artikel 11 EUTR — registratie van de controles

> Dit artikel verplicht bevoegde autoriteiten gegevens over uitgevoerde controles, resultaten en opgelegde corrigerende maatregelen vast te leggen en ten minste vijf jaar te bewaren. De controlegegevens moeten overeenkomstig de regels voor toegang tot milieu-informatie beschikbaar worden gemaakt.
