# Artikel 19 EUTR — sancties

> Dit artikel verplicht lidstaten doeltreffende, evenredige en afschrikkende sancties voor EUTR-inbreuken vast te stellen. Mogelijke sancties zijn onder meer boetes, inbeslagname van hout en houtproducten en tijdelijke schorsing van een vergunning om handel te drijven.
