# Artikel 21 EUTR — inwerkingtreding en toepassing

> Dit artikel bepaalt de inwerkingtreding en toepassingsdata van de EUTR. De verordening werd in het algemeen van toepassing op 3 maart 2013, terwijl artikel 6, lid 2, artikel 7, lid 1, en artikel 8, leden 7 en 8, al vanaf 2 december 2010 golden.
