# Artikel 8 EUTR — toezichthoudende organisaties

> Dit artikel regelt toezichthoudende organisaties. Zij moeten een zorgvuldigheidsstelsel onderhouden, het gebruik ervan door marktdeelnemers controleren en bij ernstige tekortkomingen optreden; het artikel bepaalt tevens de erkenningsvoorwaarden en het toezicht op deze organisaties.
