# SNTBG — artikelen 3–4: ketenbereik en verplichte toepassing

> Artikel 3 definieert het SNTBG als digitaal traceerbaarheidssysteem waarmee de bosadministratie de oorsprong en beweging van hout kan volgen vanaf inventarisatie tot export, inclusief transport, verwerking en lokale verkoop. Artikel 4 verplicht alle staatsdiensten en alle operatoren in de bos-houtsector het SNTBG te gebruiken voor exploitatie, houtindustrie en vervoer van stammen, verwerkte producten en afgeleiden.
