Regelt de voorwaarden voor afgifte van professioneel agrément voor beroepen in de bos- en houtsector. De primaire scan bepaalt onder meer dat, behoudens de houder van een Autorisation Spéciale de Coupe, niemand deze beroepen mag uitoefenen zonder agrément van de bevoegde minister.
